We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail unless another shipping method is selected.
While most orders are processed within 24-hours, it may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.
Expedited shipments placed Monday through Friday prior to 2 PM (EST), and Saturday 11 AM (EST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your UNQTREND order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 21 days of receiving the product. All jewelry must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition and packaging.
Simply inform us at unqtrend@gmail.com about your return and use the return label that we enclosed in the product envelope.
Once we receive the product, we will process your return within 24 hours and refund the money into the original payment source.
